Referral Program
When a current/active employee of Midwest Railcar Repair, Inc. refers someone to Midwest, and that person is hired and successfully completes six months, one year, 18 months, and two years of continuous service, the referring employee will receive $5,000.00. The referring employee must be employed at the time of the referral bonus.
